Pot De Creme
2 large eggs or 3 medium eggs
3/4 cup of Moon Man kaya jam of your choice
half pint whipping cream
1 tbsp sugar
Any other toppings you want.
Preheat the oven to 325° F.
Separate all the egg yolks, and beat them thoroughly.
Mix it with the MOON MAN kaya jam of your choice.
Pour it into a glass container, and place them carefully into a bain-marie (a pan with hot water around it).
Bake for 45 minutes in the bain-marie.
Let it rest for 10 minutes in the hot water, then move it to the fridge to chill for at least 4 hrs (overnight is better.)
Make some whipped cream by combining the whipping cream with the sugar, and whipped it until it holds its form.
Serve the pot de creme with whipped cream and any extra topping of your choice.
