Pot De Creme

Difficulty: Easy


  1. 2 large eggs or 3 medium eggs
  2. 3/4 cup of Moon Man kaya jam of your choice
  3. half pint whipping cream
  4. 1 tbsp sugar


  1. Any other toppings you want.


  • Preheat the oven to 325° F.
  • Separate all the egg yolks, and beat them thoroughly.
  • Mix it with the MOON MAN kaya jam of your choice.
  • Pour it into a glass container, and place them carefully into a bain-marie (a pan with hot water around it).
  • Bake for 45 minutes in the bain-marie.
  • Let it rest for 10 minutes in the hot water, then move it to the fridge to chill for at least 4 hrs (overnight is better.)
  • Make some whipped cream by combining the whipping cream with the sugar, and whipped it until it holds its form.
  • Serve the pot de creme with whipped cream and any extra topping of your choice.
